Who we are

This website is operated by Hollyanna Presents ("we", "us"), trading as Hollyanna Presents. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this site. Questions or data requests: hello@hollyannapresents.com.

What we collect

  • Free playbook signup: your email address.
  • Course purchases: your name, email and billing details (card payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store card numbers).
  • Technical data: basic analytics and cookie data (see Cookies below).

How we use it and our lawful basis

  • To respond to enquiries and provide quotes - legitimate interests.
  • To deliver the free playbook and send you related live-selling tips - your consent (you can withdraw it any time via the unsubscribe link).
  • To provide and administer the course you purchase - performance of a contract.
  • To run and secure the website - legitimate interests.

Marketing

We only send marketing emails where you have opted in. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.

Who we share data with

We use trusted third-party processors who act on our instructions: our email platform (Mailer Lite), our payment provider (Stripe), our website host (Lovable) and website analytics. Some providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, appropriate safeguards (such as UK/EU approved transfer mechanisms) are in place. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and customer data only as long as needed for the purpose collected and to meet legal/accounting obligations, then delete it. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these, email hello@hollyannapresents.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to run the site and may use analytics cookies to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
