The course is sold by Hollyanna Presents. Contact: hello@hollyannapresents.com.
The Live-Selling Masterclass is four live, online sessions (approximately 90 minutes each) covering set-up to execution, including session recordings, the downloadable toolkit, personal feedback and a period of post-course support, as described on our website. Session dates are confirmed at or after booking.
The price is £695 per seat. Payment is taken in full at the time of booking via bank transfer. Your place is confirmed once payment is received.
Business customers: bookings are non-cancellable once made, except as set out below. We will provide a full refund or transfer if we cancel or reschedule a cohort and you cannot attend the new dates.
Consumers: where you book as a consumer you have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you ask us to start (e.g. provide access to materials or hold a session) within that period, you agree we may begin, and your right to cancel ends once the service is fully performed; if you cancel partway, we may charge for what has been provided.
As a goodwill policy for all customers, we offer a full refund if you cancel at least 7 days before your first session. After your first session, fees are non-refundable, but you may transfer your seat to a future cohort or to a colleague.
We may reschedule sessions for operational reasons and will give as much notice as possible; recordings are provided if you cannot attend a rescheduled session.
All course materials, recordings and templates are owned by Hollyanna Presents and provided for your own (or your team's internal) use only. You may not copy, resell, redistribute or publish them.
The course shares methods and best practice. Live-commerce results depend on many factors outside our control, so we do not guarantee any specific sales, GMV, follower or revenue outcome.
